Contact your State Representative and Senator to urge funding for Public Act 95-0518. This law makes Licensed Clinical Social Workers eligible to be reimbursed by Medicaid for providing behavioral health services.

Because there was no fiscal note attached to the statute, our colleagues at NASW-Illinois have asked  the Illinois House of Representatives Appropriations Committee for Human Services for an initial appropriation of $2,000,000 million.
